Hi, I’m Nick Wignall

A little bit about me…

  • I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist with an MA from The University of Chicago and a PhD from The University of Texas Southwestern
  • For 7 years, I worked as a psychotherapist specializing in helping high-achievers work through struggles like anxiety, insomnia, and chronic stress.

What type of course is this, exactly? Live? Video? Self-paced?

Undoing Insomnia is a self-paced video course. There is no live component. You are free to work through the lessons and content at any pace you like, although I do give guidance inside the course as to what I think is the ideal approach to working through the course.

Who is this course for, specifically?

Undoing Insomnia is for anyone who struggles with insomnia and wants to learn effective and sustainable strategies for sleeping well. The approach based on cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, the gold-standard approach to overcoming insomnia.

How long will it take for me to start sleeping better?

You can work through the course content in 3-4 hours. And many students find that their sleep improves considerably almost immediately as result of what they’ve learned about sleep and insomnia and how it changes their mindset.

But, for maximum benefit, I outline two schedules for implementing the five practices of the course: A “gradual” option which take roughly 8 weeks, and a more “aggressive” option which is faster and takes 5-6 weeks.

Do I get lifetime access to the course?
